Dogger Bank Wind Farm and delivery partner Seaway7 have installed all 277 transition pieces on Dogger Bank Wind Farm, marking the completion of all foundation installation work on the 3-phase offshore wind project in the North Sea.   Seaway7’s heavy-lift vessel, Seaway Alfa-Lift installed the 87th and final transition piece onto its corresponding monopile foundation at Dogger Bank C, the third phase of Dogger Bank Wind Farm, in late November. This milestone followed the previous installation of 95 transition pieces at the Dogger Bank A and 95 at the Dogger Bank B phases of the project.

Seaway7 has been awarded a substantial1 contract by Synera Renewable Energy (SRE), for the transport and installation of inter-array cables for the Formosa 4 Wind Farm. The 495 MW Formosa 4 offshore site is located approximately 20 kilometres off the coast of Miaoli County, Taiwan, and will comprise 35 wind turbine generators. Seaway7 has been awarded a substantial1 contract by Inch Cape Offshore Limited, a joint venture between ESB and Red Rock Renewables, for the transport and installation of pin-pile jacket foundations and transition pieces for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm. Seaway7 has today signed a vessel reservation agreement with Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm1 for the transportation and installation of turbines for the Dogger Bank project, offshore the UK.   Last week marked a significant milestone for Seaway7 as the new build installation vessel Seaway Ventus successfully installed its first Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). Seaway7 has today announced the award of a  sizable contract by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna and Ørsted for the transport and installation of the substations for the Baltica 2 wind farm, offshore Poland.
