In 2018 Seaway 7 was awarded the contract for the turnkey engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC) works related to the inner array grid and export cable system of the Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm project. The offshore wind farm Yunlin is located approx. 8 km off the coast of Yunlin County within the Taiwan Strait on the west coast of Taiwan.
Seaway 7 successfully completed the Beatrice Project (EPCI) in 2019. Beatrice, once fully operational, will be one of Scotland’s largest offshore wind farms, located approximately 13km from the Caithness coast. All Seaway 7 vessels contributed to deliver the design, fabrication and installation of 84 jacket foundations, weighing over 120,000Te, along with 165km of Inter-Array Cables.
