    Roger Wang
    Engineering Manager
  • With a background in geophysics, survey management, business development and tendering, I jumped at the chance to bring all of my skills together in one role and see the difference I can make. I am hugely enthusiastic about the offshore renewables industry.  It is an honour to be working with such an innovative and progressive team, to develop, build, deliver and operate some of the world’s largest state-of-the-art renewables installation vessels.

    Technical Engineering Manager
  • As structural engineer within Seaway7, I have the opportunity to see different aspects of projects. I am involved in both the preparatory and execution phases. Being offshore allows me to see the engineering that I have worked on in practice and the ever-changing circumstances often ask for challenging on-the-spot engineering solutions. The versatile combination of office and offshore work allows me to broaden my knowledge and develop as a professional.
    Nelleke Vuik
    Senior Installation Engineer
  • Being an engineer, working in the fast-developing offshore wind industry - where everything keeps getting higher, bigger, and heavier - is incredibly rewarding. Every day I get to work with large and highly specialized equipment such as jack-ups, offshore heavy lift cranes, and the latest generation offshore wind technology. I am responsible for WTG engineering at Seaway7 and take the lead through all engineering stages. I work in the back-office developing the team, processes, and new concepts - contributing to the offshore wind T&I projects from start to finish. I thrive on solving the numerous challenges that arise throughout the process. Most of all I enjoy working towards a common goal with solution-orientated and dedicated on- and off-shore colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
    Camilla Verner Klejs
    Turbine Installation Delivery Manager
  • What’s exciting about my current role is that one day I’m in London meeting with one of our clients and the following week I’m in the United States on deck, in full PPE, leading a mobilisation of a vessel. It’s great working in an environment with so much diversity and meeting so many people from all over the world. In order to keep delivering high quality projects to our clients, we motivate and invest in new employees onshore and offshore to strengthen the Seaway7 team where the reward for commitment is great opportunities and new challenges.
    Gerard Drent
    Tender and Operations Manager
  • Seaway7 has provided me with the opportunity to further develop my career in a different role in a hugely exciting and challenging sector. In my short time with Seaway7, I have been introduced to a dynamic and motivated team of professionals who want to win and deliver renewable projects to the highest standard.  There is a bright future in offshore wind and Seaway7, with its people, vision and values, is well positioned to succeed in it.
